Cancellation before 72 hours of the pickup time: 100% of your payment will be refunded.

Cancellation within 72 hours of the pickup time: No refund will be made.

If you do not show up without any contact after 5 minutes of the pickup time: No refund will be made.

If the flight arrival is delayed, the driver will wait for you and no additional fee will be applied.
For Car Sharing Option

If we are unable to match a sharing appointment for you, (1) a special offer for changing your appointment to general reservation (2) or a full refund will be provided.

If you cancel the sharing appointment after the confirmation, no refund will be made.

If the flight arrival is delayed, the driver will wait for you and no additional fee will be applied.
